TATA Broadband blues

Dear Sirs,

We are customer of TATA Broadband, having our A/c.No.602948975. The said A/c. was totally closed from last 15 days. I was given several complaints to nodal officer, even though till date they are not taken any action. We are facing this problem always. In a month our broadband is only 4/5 days working otherwise its always closed. I also requested your Nodal officer, kindly provide me contact nos. of final authority. I also personally talk with your engineers, but they are giving only assurances to saying that we have not got your complaint.
Kindly help in the matter and also give me contact nos. and your suggestion.
Kindly take necessary steps immediately.

India internet service providers

There are a lot of internet service providers in India but in India internet is still lagging behind due to high cost of computers which the govt is trying hard to bring down by encouraging research in this field and they have come up with a PC which costs Rs10000 which is around US $220 and I would say the cheapest in the world till date and the config isint too bad either coz it would do everything a normal user would want it to do and especially for those people who just browse for info on the net and check e-mails and stuff like that its pretty good for that price.
